About these terms
These terms apply when you book a tour with National Georgiagraphic, based in Batumi, Adjara, Georgia, or use this website. By sending a booking request you agree to them.
Booking
A booking request on this website, or a message to us, is not a confirmed booking yet. We check availability and confirm with you on WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram, phone or email. Your tour is booked once we have confirmed it.
Please give us accurate details, including the number of guests and the ages of any children.
Prices and payment
The price shown when you send a request is an estimate for your group and option. We confirm the final price with you before your booking is confirmed.
Unless your tour says otherwise, meals, wine and chacha tastings and activity tickets (such as ziplines, ATVs, caves and canyons) are not included and are paid on the spot. We tell you what they cost upfront.
Cancellation
You can cancel for free up to 24 hours before your tour starts. Just message us. If you need to cancel later than that, or change your date, message us as soon as you can and we will do our best to help.
Weather and changes
Most tours run rain or shine. If weather or road conditions make a route unsafe, we will move your tour to another date for free, or cancel it at no cost to you. On the day, your guide may change the order of stops or the route for safety.
Safety
- Follow your guide's safety instructions, and wear the helmet and gear provided for activities.
- Tell us before the tour about any health condition, injury or pregnancy that could affect what you can do.
- Children need to be with an adult at all times. Some activities have age limits, shown on the tour page.
- Your guide may stop anyone from taking part in an activity if they seem unwell, unsafe or under the influence of alcohol.
Some activities are run by local partners, whose own rules also apply. We recommend travel insurance that covers the activities you plan to do.
Responsibility
We plan every tour with care, but outdoor activities carry some risk, and you take part at your own choice. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for lost or damaged belongings, or for delays caused by traffic, weather or other events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Georgian consumer law.

We keep tour details, times and prices on this website as accurate as we can, but they can change. The text and photos on this website belong to National Georgiagraphic and may not be reused without our permission.
